I had a mixed experience at this resort spa. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city, making it really convenient for exploring. The rooms, however, left a lot to be desired with cleanliness issues and some appliances that just didn’t work properly. While the amenities were decent, I feel like the service could use a bit more attention to detail. Overall, it was a reasonable stay, but improvements are definitely needed.
